The Person Behind WinEncsy
I’m Enikő Dub, a Certified Sommelier, wine writer and founder of WinEncsy.
For me, wine is never just about tasting notes. Every bottle tells a story—about people, places, traditions and the choices made in the vineyard and cellar. My work is to discover those stories and share them with readers in a way that is educational, engaging and authentic.
Since founding WinEncsy, I have visited wineries across Europe, attended international wine events and worked with family estates, regional wine organisations and established producers to create content that continues to inspire readers long after it is published.
Whether I’m writing an in-depth winery feature, producing an Instagram Reel or reporting from a wine region, my goal remains the same: to help people understand not only what is in the glass, but also the story behind it.
