Join WinEncsy for a special evening dedicated to wine, sensory exploration, food pairing and good company.
We’ll discover four wines, with the three magnum selections revealed in advance and one kept as a surprise until the evening.
This is more than a traditional wine tasting. I’ll guide you through each wine using an organoleptic approach I have never seen at any tasting before, helping you discover flavour profiles, your personal preferences, and how to pair them. You’ll learn how to recognise what you find in your glass and put your tasting impressions into words.
Whether you’re an experienced wine enthusiast or simply curious to learn more, you’re welcome. No previous wine knowledge is required.
Enjoy the wines with food in a relaxed and intimate setting. With a maximum of just 12 participants, there will be plenty of room for questions, discussion, and personal interaction.
